Stage 1: consultation
Your journey with us begins with a detailed consultation. During this stage, you get to explore and select from a range of design options and plans that best suit your needs and preferences.
Our team will work with you to understand your requirements and provide a comprehensive quote.
This stage concludes with a tailored proposal that outlines the specifics of your chosen design and the associated costs.
Stage 2: Planning
Once you’ve selected your preferred design and reviewed the tailored proposal, we finalize any customization options available within your chosen plan.
During this stage, our team will also handle the engineering plans and manage the Development Application (DA) process, ensuring all approvals are in place for a smooth build.
After everything is confirmed, you’ll sign off on the proposal and pay a deposit to begin the manufacturing process.
Stage 3: Manufacturing
With your choices locked in, our team builds your home in our Tasmanian facility.
We ensure each step meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Stage 4: Handover
Upon completion, your home undergoes a thorough inspection.
We then guide you through the handover process, ensuring everything meets your expectations and is ready for you to enjoy.
